Where
can I find the StockOpter® license agreement?
A
license agreement displays during installation of either the Demo
or the Full version of StockOpter®. You must click Accept
for the installation process to continue. We also install the identical,
full license agreement in a Microsoft Word format as part of the
StockOpter® installation utility.
To
find and review the license agreement:
- On
the Windows Task bar, click Start and
point to Programs /StockOpter25, then
click StockOpter License. The StockOpterLicense.doc
displays in Word. This file is located in the folder where StockOpter®
is installed. By default, this location is C:\NWSI\StockOpter25.
The
license agreements for the demo version and the full version are
identical.
When
you purchase StockOpter® you will receive an e-mail with the License
Invoice for StockOpter®. This document specifies the exact beginning
and ending dates for support as well as update provisions of the
basic license agreement. The license agreement is also available
on-line.

planners at my firm do stock option analysis. Can we all share a
single version of StockOpter®?

planner must be licensed as an individual. However, Net Worth Strategies
has a special package with a discounted price for an advisor and
an assistant who are working together on the same cases. A corporate
5-Pack of licenses is also available at a substantial discount for
larger offices. Click

Can
I install StockOpter® on more than one computer?
Yes,
but only in one limited circumstance. The StockOpter® license agreement
allows you to install StockOpter® on two computers as long as you
(the licensed user) are the only individual who uses either copy.
This provision of the license agreement is designed to let you install
StockOpter® on your desktop computer as well as on your laptop computer
so that your StockOpter® files can travel smoothly between your different
working environments. For more details, see Section 2.A (Permitted
Uses) of the StockOpter® license agreement.
