Affected scenarios: Tax calculations on all case sheets and on the Assumptions sheet.

Impact: This affects all tax calculations throughout StockOpter® by making them more precise for the year 2003 calculations. Actual impact on calculations is probably quite minor, if you had chosen a reasonable number on the Assumptions sheet, Row 55 "Estimated inflaction/escalation rate for tax related values" With this change, "Inital Model Years" prior to 2003 are no longer supported.

Description: New data was added at the end of each row to include year-end 2002 numbers. Certain companies were dropped from the list due to merger or bankruptcy.

Impact: The utilities making use of the "Price Indices" sheet (Price Indexer, and Diversification Illustrator) now have an additional year of data to use.

Description: The "Initial year for StockOpter® model" on the Assumptions sheet (Row 42) now defaults to 2003, to reflect the tax numbers noted above.

Impact: When migrating from prior versions of StockOpter®, you will need to update the old workbook by performing a year end grant data rollover. This can be done under SOTools - More on the menu bar.

Description: StockOpter® 2.54 has the ability to import the data of a single client from StockOpter^® Insight.

Impact: Users of StockOpter^® Insight can easily transfer client data from StockOpter^® Insight into StockOpter® 2.54.
